Yoon Ilhyun, Chair of the Busan City Council Education Committee, Participates in Neulbom School Talent Donation

Serving as a One-Day Tax Education Teacher and Listening to On-Site Opinions at the Blue House

The Busan Metropolitan City Office of Education (Superintendent Ha Yunsoo) announced on the 6th that Yoon Ilhyun, Chairperson of the Busan Metropolitan Council's Education Committee, participated in the 'Busan-style Neulbom School Talent Donation Challenge' at Geumsaem Elementary School in Geumjeong-gu on the 5th.

Chairperson Yoon Ilhyun conducted a one-day class as a teacher for 15 students participating in the Neulbom Classroom, teaching them about the necessity, types, roles, and benefits of taxes in a way that was accessible to children.

After the talent donation, he listened to on-site feedback for the effective operation of the Neulbom School and carefully inspected all aspects of the school's operation, including staffing and facilities.

Chairperson Yoon said, "I am pleased to have spent meaningful time with the students by participating in the Neulbom School Challenge," and promised, "The Education Committee will spare no effort to support Neulbom School so that it can provide students with a variety of beneficial programs."

In particular, Chairperson Yoon announced that all members of the Busan Metropolitan Council's Education Committee, including Vice Chairperson Kim Changseok, Councilors Kang Mugil, Kang Cheolho, Park Jongyul, Yang Junmo, and Jung Taesook, will join the Neulbom School Talent Donation Challenge in the second half of the year to help vitalize the school.

This challenge, which began in March with a talent donation by Superintendent Ha Yunsoo, has since seen more than 20 local figures join as subsequent participants, including Busan Mayor Park Hyungjoon, Busan Metropolitan Council Chairperson Ahn Sungmin, Busan City Councilor Shin Jungcheol, BNK Financial Group Chairman Bin Daein, Silla University President Heo Namsik, and Pusan National University President Choi Jaewon.
