'Grants Riverpark' Model House Opens, Attracts Over 10,000 Visitors in 3 Days [Granz River Park Perspective View]

Approximately 10,000 visitors flocked to the model house of ‘Granz Riverpark’ during the three days following its opening on the 2nd, including the weekend and holiday. For all three days, there were lines stretching tens of meters to enter, and queues for viewing units and consultations continued throughout the period.

During the first three days of the model house opening (August 2nd to August 4th), traffic congestion around the Granz Riverpark housing exhibition center in Seongnae 5 District, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, became severe due to visitor vehicles, prompting parking enforcement near the exhibition center. The public parking lot at Cheonho Station near the model house was also filled to capacity with visitors.

A sales official stated, "Granz Riverpark is already located in a double station area, with positive prospects such as the proposed GTX-D line, and visitors praised the convenience of easily enjoying established infrastructure like Hyundai Department Store and E-Mart. Being the only non-regulated area among the Gangnam 4 districts, it has no restrictions such as mandatory residence or re-winning limitations, allowing investment with less initial capital compared to regulated areas. As a result, many visitors came not only from Gangdong-gu but also from Gangnam, Seocho, and Songpa districts."

Granz Riverpark, supplied in Seongnae 5 District, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, consists of two buildings with a maximum of 42 floors above ground and a total of 407 households, with 327 units available for general sale ranging from 36 to 180㎡P. The developer is DH Property One Co., Ltd., affiliated with Warner Cheongdam, and the construction is handled by DL E&C, known for ‘Acro’.

The average price per pyeong (3.3㎡) of Granz Riverpark is 52.99 million KRW, with prices set according to differences in orientation, floor, layout (whether 4-bay), and Han River view. In particular, there is a price difference of 200 to 300 million KRW depending on the Han River view. The main unit prices start from 1.199 billion KRW for the 59㎡ type and from 1.599 billion KRW for the 84㎡ type.

The complex features a variety of high-end basic items. For units ranging from 59㎡ to 180㎡P, the latest full home appliances from Samsung Electronics are provided as standard, including at least four ‘Bespoke AI Wind-Free System Air Conditioner Infinite Line’ units, the Bespoke refrigerator (refrigeration/freezing/kimchi compartments), induction cooktop, oven, and Samsung dishwasher (for units 84㎡ and above).

Additionally, fitting the high-end residential standard, the kitchen is equipped with the Italian luxury kitchen furniture EuroMobil LAIN model, which embodies the sensibility of European artisans (standard for units 59㎡ and above).

Furthermore, a hidden door finished with the same material as the living room design wall and master bedroom door enhances unity and openness (applied to bedroom 1 in 59㎡/84㎡ units). For units 59㎡ and above, design panels (living room/hallway), wide plank or square flooring options, entrance sliding doors, open shoe cabinets (including shoe sterilizer and airbrush), dressing rooms (including vanity, glass doors, and wall panel system), coffered ceilings (with direct and indirect lighting), and bathroom special features (indirect lighting, shower booth, American Standard fixtures and faucets) are all applied as high-end finishes.

The subscription schedule for Granz Riverpark starts with special supply applications on the 7th, followed by first-priority applications on the 8th and second-priority applications on the 9th. Winners will be announced on the 16th, and official contracts will be signed over three days from the 27th to the 29th.

First-priority applicants must be at least 19 years old residents of the metropolitan area with at least 12 months of subscription to a housing subscription savings account and meet the deposit requirements for each housing type. Anyone meeting these conditions can apply, including homeowners, with no restrictions on re-winning or mandatory residence periods.

The Granz Riverpark housing exhibition center is currently operating in Seongnae-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul.
