Agricultural Specialties, Processed Products, and Tourism Services as Targets
Gyeonggi-do Anseong City announced that it will hold an open recruitment for suppliers of return gifts to donors of the Hometown Love Donation Program for three days from the 19th to the 21st.
This recruitment aims to revitalize the Hometown Love Donation Program and expand the range of return gift options for donors. The recruitment fields include agricultural specialties, processed agricultural specialty products, crafts, tourism, and service products.
The target applicants are businesses with offices in Anseong City that produce, manufacture, and store products locally and can supply return gifts when needed.
Selected companies will be chosen through the review of the Anseong City Return Gift Selection Committee. Once selected as a supplier, they will go through procedures such as registering return gifts in the Hometown Love e-um system and will provide return gifts to donors until December of this year.
The Hometown Love Donation Program allows individuals to donate up to 5 million KRW annually to local governments other than their place of residence. Donations up to 100,000 KRW are fully tax-deductible, and amounts exceeding 100,000 KRW receive a 16.5% tax credit. Donors can receive return gifts worth 30% of their donation amount. Participation is possible through the Hometown Love e-um website or by visiting any National Agricultural Cooperative Federation branch nationwide.
The collected Hometown Love donations will be used for the development of Anseong City, including support for socially vulnerable groups, youth development and protection, enhancement of culture, arts, and health for local residents, and revitalization of the local community.
