Korea Housing Finance Corporation Announces Call for Housing Finance Research Papers

Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, President Choi Junwoo) is holding a call for papers for the second half of 2024 for "Housing Finance Research" to promote research in housing finance and develop housing welfare policies.

"Housing Finance Research" is a periodical (academic journal) launched in 2017 to contribute to research in the field of housing finance and the development of housing welfare policies. In 2023, it was selected as a candidate journal for registration in the Korea Citation Index (KCI).

Any researcher interested in housing finance or related fields, including graduate students, may participate in the contest. Submissions must be made through the Housing Finance Research Institute's online submission system by October 22.

Paper topics include research related to policies, systems, products, information technology, and appraisal in the fields of housing finance and real estate. Based on the review results, papers published in the 2024 issue 8-2 of "Housing Finance Research" by the Korea Housing Finance Corporation Housing Finance Research Institute will be awarded a manuscript fee of up to 3 million KRW per paper.
