International relief and development NGO Good People (Chairman Kim Cheon-su) announced on the 5th that it held a donation ceremony for a dental treatment support project for low-income groups in collaboration with Purugo Biologics, a dental biomaterials specialist company (CEO Yoon Chang-bae).
The donation ceremony held on the 2nd at Purugo Biologics headquarters in Pangyo was attended by Good People Director Jeon Ho-cheol and Purugo Biologics CEO Yoon Chang-bae, among others.
The two organizations will support oral examinations, dentures, and prosthetic treatments for low-income individuals who feel burdened by dental care costs due to economic difficulties until July next year. For this project, Purugo Biologics donated 10 million KRW to Good People.
Good People and Purugo Biologics previously conducted a dental treatment support project worth 10 million KRW in October 2022 to improve oral health for marginalized groups.
Purugo Biologics CEO Yoon Chang-bae said, “We hope to provide some help to those facing financial difficulties with dental treatment,” and added, “Purugo Biologics will continue to actively support various social contribution activities for marginalized groups.”
Good People Chairman Kim Cheon-su expressed gratitude, saying, “We thank Purugo Biologics for consistently practicing sharing to improve the dental health of vulnerable groups,” and stated, “Good People will strive to help marginalized neighbors receive dental treatment to enhance their quality of life.”
