According to the legal community on the 3rd, Judge Lee Junseok of the Criminal Division 8 at the Seoul Eastern District Court sentenced Lee, who was indicted on charges of property damage, to four months in prison with a one-year suspension on the 24th of last month.

The co-representative is accused of damaging the elevator and marble walls of a building in Songpa-gu, Seoul, where the Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service is located, during a protest on February 7 last year demanding the health insurance coverage for the hemophilia treatment drug 'Hemlibra.' The repair costs amounted to a total of 9.3 million won.
