'Creator Media Industry Expo' Held in Incheon on 9-10... Free Admission

The '2024 Creator Media Industry Expo' will be held on the 9th and 10th at Songdo Convensia in Incheon.

Incheon City, which first hosted the 'Incheon International One-Person Media Festival' in 2018?the first of its kind nationwide and now in its 6th year?has renamed the event to 'Creator Media Industry Expo in Incheon' to expand its scale.

Co-hosted with the Ministry of Science and ICT, the event under the theme 'Would you like C:niverse' will feature participation from famous domestic and international creators, as well as various platforms and creator media companies such as SOOP (AfreecaTV), YouTube, and Chijijik.

C:niverse (Kneaverse) represents a vast creator media universe where fans, creators, and companies come together, symbolizing the start of a global event.

At this event, the creator group 'Shortbox,' which includes Incheon City ambassador Kim Won-hoon, will serve as ambassadors. The opening ceremony will feature a congratulatory performance by the girl band QWER, and creator training programs will be held with famous creators such as Mimiminu and Kim Gyeran.

The Creator Media Industry Expo is composed of ▲ 'Content Zone,' where main events like quizzes and game competitions take place ▲ 'Fan Meetup Zone,' a space for audience participation including fan meetings and creator performances ▲ 'Play Zone,' which continuously operates audience experience programs and events ▲ 'Business Zone,' featuring booths from various industry sectors such as technology and equipment along with live broadcasts ▲ and 'Popup Zone,' combining creator intellectual property (IP) product sales and rest areas.
