Umi Construction Renovates Apartment Brand 'Lin'

From 'Wonju Station Umirin The Sky' Applied
"Faithful to the Essential Function of Housing"

Woomi Construction is revamping its apartment brand ‘Lynn’.


On the 1st, Woomi Construction unveiled the renewed design of the apartment brand ‘Lynn’. ‘Lynn’ is an apartment brand introduced in 2006, deriving its meaning from the Chinese character for neighbor, ‘Rin (隣)’.

The new identity of ‘Lynn’ is set as ‘Purity’. It signifies a commitment to the essential functions of housing and pursuing residential products with simple and clear designs. Along with this, it presents core values: ▲ Pure Life (setting standards for space) ▲ Pure Excellence (high quality based on expertise) ▲ Pure Heart (sincere attitude towards customers). The slogan is ‘Lean on me’, meaning a reliable support for life and a home you can trust.


In line with the brand identity, the logo’s font has been refined to be simple and clear. The ‘C’-shaped circle symbolizing community has been changed to an orange dot. Orange represents warmth, and the dot symbolizes completeness.


The renewed ‘Lynn’ brand will be applied sequentially starting with ‘Wonju Station Woomi Lynn The Sky’, which will be launched in the second half of this year.


A Woomi Construction official said, “The new Lynn pursues the essential functions of housing and aims to provide residents with time and space for their true lives,” adding, “We will strive to become a brand that leads trends ahead of market changes.”
