Major European stock markets are showing early gains.
As of 5:05 PM KST on the 31st, the UK FTSE 100 index was trading at 8,382.53, up 1.31% from the previous trading day.
The French CAC index rose 1.00% to 7,549.93, while the German DAX index increased 0.77% to 18,553.41.
