The note, presumed to be written by Ban Hyo-jin herself, reads, "Anyway, I am the best in this world," expressing her confidence. As the photo spread, netizens responded with comments such as "Amazing mind control," "This is undeniable," "Truly exceptional," "Yeah, you are the best," and "So cute."
Earlier, on the 29th (local time), Ban Hyo-jin, the youngest member of the South Korean delegation at the Paris Olympics, scored 251.8 points in the women's 10m air rifle final held at the Ch?teauroux Shooting Centre in France, then edged out China's Huang Yuting by 0.1 points in the shoot-off to claim the gold medal. The medal Ban Hyo-jin won is South Korea's 100th gold medal in the history of the Summer Olympics. Additionally, born in 2007, Ban Hyo-jin set a new record as the youngest winner in the history of the Summer Olympics by winning the gold medal at 16 years and 313 days old. The previous record was held by Yoon Young-sook (17 years and 17 days), who won gold in the women's team archery event at the 1988 Seoul Olympics.
