Medical AI company AItrics announced on the 30th that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with digital healthcare company EasyCareTech for the "Advancement of AI-based Medical Services."

Through this agreement, both parties plan to jointly explore new business opportunities related to AI solutions for predicting patient condition deterioration using Hospital Information System (HIS) services. They will discuss detailed plans to link EasyCareTech's HIS technology with AItrics' patient condition deterioration prediction software technology, VitalCare (AItrics-VC), and aim to concretize various exchanges and cooperation in the future.
Kim Kwang-jun, CEO of AItrics, said, "Collaboration with EasyCareTech will help not only expand VitalCare's domestic market but also advance into overseas markets," adding, "We will strive to become a medical AI company that encompasses the entire patient journey through medical data analysis." Lee Won-ryang, CEO of EasyCareTech, also stated, "The cooperation between the two companies will serve as an opportunity to meet diverse market demands and provide improved medical services to patients and medical staff," and added, "Through comprehensive collaboration, we will move toward becoming the center of the healthcare ecosystem."
