Daewoo E&C's 'Blanc Summit 74' in Beomil-dong, Dong-gu, Busan, will begin first-come, first-served unit and building designation contracts starting on the 27th.

A sales official of Blanc Summit 74 stated, "With only a 5% down payment, there is no financial burden until move-in at the end of 2028," and added, "Since there is high interest from buyers, the contracts will be completed quickly."
Blanc Summit 74 will be constructed from 5 basement floors to a maximum of 69 floors above ground. The apartment consists of 3 buildings with exclusive areas ranging from 94 to 247㎡, totaling 998 households. The officetel will have 1 building with units ranging from 84 to 118㎡, totaling 276 rooms, which will be sold later.
