Dong-Eui Institute of Technology Sports Rehabilitation Center Holds Running Class Job Training

"Together, Dandirun" Running Performance Enhancement

The Sports Rehabilitation Center, a university-affiliated business at Dong-Eui Institute of Technology (President Kim Youngdo), recently conducted job training sessions for local employees.

This training, organized as part of a program reflecting local demand, included lectures focused on practical job skills for beginner, intermediate, and advanced participants. Topics covered included running posture and drill training to enhance running performance (Coach Kwon Eunju of RunWithJudy), motivation for running and how to choose running gear (Running YouTuber Lee Jini), TP techniques for injury prevention and self-treatment (CEO Jung Sangmin of Control Body Training), and a trail running class (Adidas Trail Running Coach Park Byungkwon).

The event, held on the 21st, brought together over 100 active professionals in the domestic running sports field. The lectures covered proper running posture and breathing techniques, how to listen to one's body while running, warm-up and cool-down methods, hydration and nutrition, and other ways to enjoy running and trail running safely and effectively.

In addition, mirror-type on-site training utilizing the university's facility infrastructure provided an opportunity to contribute to the improvement of skills and productivity among local employees.

Song Minyoung, Director of the Sports Rehabilitation Center at Dong-Eui Institute of Technology, stated, "This training program was designed to meet local needs by offering education on beginner, intermediate, and advanced running, which received a very positive response from local employees. We hope it will help enhance the sharing of professional knowledge related to sports rehabilitation and improve problem-solving skills to prepare for various opportunities and challenges in the field."
