The landmark Daeyu Winia Tower Comprehensive R&D Center in the High-Tech Valley of Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi Province, has appeared on the market.
According to the real estate industry on the 26th, RSquare, a comprehensive real estate service company selected as the lead agent for the sale of Daeyu Winia Tower, recently distributed a sales teaser.

Located in Seongnam High-Tech Valley, home to many large corporations including Paris Croissant, Shani, and Dongwon. Situated along a main road, it offers easy access to major business districts via Seongnam IC. It takes 20 minutes by car to reach Pangyo and 40 minutes to the Gangnam area.
An industry insider said, "One advantage is that the facilities are clean since only two years have passed since the approval for use," adding, "Seongnam City is focusing on High-Tech Valley as a leading domestic advanced industrial complex, so development prospects are expected." In fact, Seongnam City is actively supporting infrastructure and transportation environment improvements to create synergy between High-Tech Valley and areas like Pangyo Techno Valley.
RSquare is currently accepting letters of intent from buyers. The preferred negotiation partner is planned to be selected by September.
