Plans to Assist Sequential Purchase Cancellations of Future Scheduled Products by Date
Tmon and Wemakeprice announced on the 25th that they will support the rapid cancellation of travel products scheduled to depart in July to protect customers whose travel plans have been disrupted due to settlement issues.
On the same day, Tmon and Wemakeprice explained that they are working with travel agencies to help customers quickly cancel travel products departing in July in order to minimize customer inconvenience.

They also aim to support customers who purchased travel products scheduled after July to sequentially cancel their purchases according to the dates if they wish. Detailed schedules and methods for purchase cancellations will be announced later.
Ryu Kwang-jin, CEO of Tmon, stated, “Along with providing relief for damages, we are striving to ease the anxieties of customers and sellers, such as by resuming payments,” and added, “We will do our best to resolve the settlement delays as well.”
