SK C&C announced on the 25th that it has commenced the project to build Hyundai Izwel's 'Corporate Welfare Mall Specialized DX (Digital Transformation) e-Commerce Platform.'
This project was initiated to establish a digital environment that can respond to customer demands for Hyundai Izwel, a welfare service specialist company affiliated with Hyundai Department Store Group, and to enhance service convenience for its welfare mall shopping channel.
SK C&C will transition Hyundai Izwel's B2B (business-to-business) shopping mall to a cloud-native environment to ensure uninterrupted operation.
To support flexible program development, modification, and deployment tailored to shopping mall operations, it will provide ▲Microservices Architecture (MSA) ▲Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) ▲DevOps ▲Kubernetes (K8S) ▲Container services.
Product displays and event areas with high traffic will be migrated to the public cloud to establish a rapid operational response system.
Additionally, customer-facing services such as welfare shops, specialty stores, and affiliated content operated by Hyundai Izwel will be offered with a consistent UI/UX (user interface/user experience) to enhance customer convenience. Shopping behavior patterns, including key interest products, access times, and purchase lists, will be analyzed for welfare mall users to recommend products they need or may like, and marketing events tailored to their interests and shopping tendencies will also be notified.
SK C&C plans to support Hyundai Izwel members in driving business innovation based on AI by providing various generative AI-based hyper-automation services utilizing the enterprise AI solution Solur.
