Youngjin College (President Choi Jaeyoung) and the Republic of Korea Army 2nd Operational Command have signed an academic-military partnership agreement and agreed to cooperate with each other.
According to Youngjin College on the 24th, the agreement was signed on the afternoon of the 23rd in the conference room of the 2nd Operational Command, with Choi Jaeyoung, President of Youngjin College, and Ko Changjun (Army General), Commander of the 2nd Operational Command, and other officials in attendance, pledging mutual cooperation.

Under the agreement, both institutions will actively engage in academic, human, and material exchanges, including academic management, credit exchange, and tuition reduction for military-entrusted students in degree programs.
In particular, Youngjin College is expected to make significant contributions to strengthening the capabilities of military officers by developing and operating various educational programs such as advanced major degree courses, industry-commissioned education, lifelong learning, and work-study programs for non-commissioned officers and military personnel who wish to continue their studies and obtain certifications despite the challenging conditions of military service.
Choi Jaeyoung, President of Youngjin College, stated, "With gratitude for the dedication of soldiers and military personnel who are committed to national defense day and night in this grave security situation, we will do our utmost to provide better conditions and environments for military-entrusted students who are devoted to their studies in difficult circumstances, so that they can obtain their degrees through active support and cooperation."
