No.1 in Satisfaction for Home Appliances, Mobile, and IT After-Sales Service
Samsung Electronics Service announced on the 24th that it ranked first in customer satisfaction in the home appliances and mobile·IT AS sectors in the '2024 Korea Service Quality Index (KSQI)' survey.
Following the Korea Service Quality Index (KS-SQI) survey on the 2nd and the National Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI) survey on the 8th, Samsung Electronics Service achieved first place in customer satisfaction for electronic product AS in all three categories.
The 'Korea Service Quality Index,' hosted by the Korea Management Association Consulting, is a system where a professional evaluation team assesses satisfaction after customers actually experience the service from their perspective. It is significant as an indicator reflecting the current level of service quality perceived by customers.
