Southeast Asia Expansion Platform 'HomeNai' Selected for TIPS by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups

Up to 700 Million KRW Support Over 2 Years
Plan to Utilize Funds for AI Onboarding Service Advancement

HomeNay, a distribution platform company expanding into Southeast Asia, announced on the 23rd that it has been finally selected for the TIPS (Tech Incubator Program for Startup) program by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.

HomeNay is a global cross-border B2B distribution platform that supports K-lifestyle brands with total one-stop services for entering the Southeast Asian market by utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) technology. Through AI analysis, it recommends products, marketing strategies, and inventory levels tailored to local markets and customers for K-brands, focusing on improving efficiency and success rates for successful entry into Southeast Asia.


Through the TIPS selection, HomeNay will be able to receive up to 700 million KRW in support over the next two years, including 500 million KRW for research and development (R&D) funding, startup commercialization linkage, and 200 million KRW for overseas marketing funds. HomeNay plans to use the funds to advance the AI onboarding service of its B2B distribution platform for K-brands entering Southeast Asia, ‘HomeNay’.


Jodongseon, CEO of HomeNay, said, “Being selected for TIPS is highly meaningful as it recognizes HomeNay’s market approach direction and proprietary technology,” adding, “We will create success cases by utilizing the big data of the Southeast Asian market that HomeNay has built and establish a virtuous cycle structure to further advance the AI onboarding service through this.”
