Discount Benefits Offered for Home Appliance Rentals, Car Washes, Movies, and Car Sharing
Lotte Construction will provide discount benefits from Lotte Group affiliates as a special service for residents of 'Uijeongbu Lotte Castle Narivek City,' scheduled for sale next month.
On the 23rd, Lotte Construction announced that it will offer discount benefits from Lotte Group affiliates to residents of Uijeongbu Lotte Castle Narivek City, located in the Geum-o-dong area of Uijeongbu-si, Gyeonggi-do (Narivek City apartment complex new construction project site).
The discount benefits for residents will apply to lifestyle services, leisure, and health-related services. Discounts will be provided when using home care services (Lotte Hi-Mart), home appliance rental services (Lotte Rental), and on-site car wash services (Green Car).
Leisure and hobby-related services offering discounts include movie viewing (Lotte Cinema), travel support (JTB), and car sharing (Green Car).
Other benefits for resident welfare, such as health services, also attract attention. Health promotion services will be provided at Bobath Hospital operated by the Lotte Medical Foundation, and community program benefits conducted by Lotte Mart are also planned.
A sales official said, "Uijeongbu Lotte Castle Narivek City is putting great effort into providing various services at the Lotte Group level to enhance the quality of life for residents, beyond simply offering living spaces," adding, "We will strive to become a new representative apartment in Uijeongbu that meets residents' expectations."
Uijeongbu Lotte Castle Narivek City will be developed with four buildings ranging from four basement floors to 39 above-ground floors, totaling 671 households. The number of households by exclusive area is ▲84㎡ 430 households ▲102㎡ 144 households ▲115㎡ 56 households ▲148㎡ 35 households ▲155㎡ 6 households.
