Attorney Choi also mentioned that some of Tzuyang's claims are inaccurate and commented through the blog's comment section, "I hope people do not view the incident in a fragmented way. There was no illegal act committed." Regarding the calls released by Tzuyang, he claimed, "It was a recording of me saying strange things while drunk. I was embarrassed to have talked illogically about the minister and president while drinking and mentioning an unrealistic air freshener," and insisted that the recording was an edited file.
In response to accusations that he leaked client information in the past, he rebutted, "Information obtained in the course of work refers to client information," adding, "Tzuyang was not a client, and the content in question was not information within the scope of my work." Finally, Attorney Choi said, "I deeply regret being involved with so-called 'cyber wreckers.' At the time, I thought wreckers were conducting their own investigations and engaging in public interest activities," and added, "If a further statement is needed, I will disclose it through my blog."

She also released a recording file containing Attorney Choi's voice.
