Yeongcheon City and Gyeongbuk Province Hold Youth Harmony and Communication Event

A Tomorrow Full of Starlight, Youth Is the Future

Yeongcheon City, Gyeongbuk, hosted the "2024 Gyeongsangbuk-do Youth Harmony and Communication Event," a cultural unification event organized by the Gyeongsangbuk-do Youth Federation, at the Yeongcheon Riverside Park area on the 20th.

Yeongcheon City in Gyeongbuk held the "2024 Gyeongsangbuk-do Youth Unity and Communication Event," which brings people together through culture, on the 20th at Yeongcheon Riverside Park.

This event, held under the theme "A Tomorrow Full of Starlight! Youth is the Future!", aimed to provide food and entertainment favored by the younger generation and to serve as a platform for generational integration among local residents and youth.

The main schedule included a gugak performance by local youth musician Mineum, an opening announcement, an awards ceremony for contributors to youth policy, and a performance by invited singer Kyungseo. Various experiential programs were also prepared, such as the Youth Arcade, which evokes childhood memories for young people, and "Life Four Cuts," where participants can capture their memories in photo booths.

Choi Kimoon, Mayor of Yeongcheon, said, "I am very pleased that the Gyeongsangbuk-do Youth Harmony and Communication Event, which will become a new focal point for regional economic development, is being held in Yeongcheon. We will continue to seek ways for Yeongcheon to grow and support our youth so that they can achieve their dreams and hopes as the main players in the future society."
