Company SOS Net is a small and medium-sized enterprise support platform operated by Gyeonggi-do since 2009 to receive various management difficulties from companies online and provide prompt solutions.
Through the homepage renewal, the agency will provide ▲expert consultations ▲linkage with related organizations ▲customized information services.
In particular, the intuitive design and layout place major menus such as corporate difficulty applications and information plaza on the main screen to enhance accessibility. Additionally, usability in mobile environments has been improved to enable quick information access anytime and anywhere.
Kang Seong-cheon, head of the agency, explained, "Companies and prospective entrepreneurs can apply for consultations in various fields necessary for business management such as factory establishment, surrounding infrastructure, financial support, sales channels, labor, export, and startups through the Company SOS Net homepage," adding, "Menus for frequently used reservation consultations, immediate consultations, and email consultation guidance have been separately arranged at the top right of the screen."
Meanwhile, the agency expects that visitor satisfaction will significantly increase through this renewal, and both internal and external customers will be able to access the necessary information easily and quickly.
