GH Launches Smart Construction Advisory Group… Kickoff Meeting on 22nd

Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) held a kickoff meeting for the Smart Construction Advisory Group to support the activation of smart construction technology on the 22nd at the new Gwanggyo headquarters.

The Smart Construction Advisory Group of Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) has officially launched.

On the 22nd, GH announced that it held a kickoff meeting for the Smart Construction Advisory Group at its new office in Gwanggyo, Suwon, to support the activation of smart construction technologies.

The GH Smart Construction Advisory Group consists of 17 experts in various smart construction technology fields, including ▲Smart Architecture ▲BIM (Building Information Modeling) ▲ZEB (Zero Energy Building Certification) ▲OSC (Off-Site Construction Method) ▲Smart Safety ▲Digital Sensing ▲Construction Automation ▲Big Data & Platform ▲Energy & Environment.

Starting with this kickoff meeting, the Smart Construction Advisory Group will take on various roles such as advising on the introduction and activation of GH smart construction technologies, establishing standards, and proposing utilization plans.

Kim Se-yong, President of GH, stated, "We expect to actively utilize the Smart Construction Advisory Group to promote the application and activation of smart technologies at each project stage?planning, design, construction, and maintenance?of GH’s ongoing projects."
