Nonsan City in Chungnam Province announced on the 22nd that it has selected seasoned meat sets and other items as gifts for the Hometown Love Donation program to mark the summer vacation season.
The newly selected gifts include a seasoned meat set for camping enthusiasts, a traditional liquor set that was served at the official banquet of the Pyeongchang Olympics, and Stevia Tomato Juice, a healthy drink for children.
In particular, the seasoned meat set is considered a perfect choice for the 7 million camping enthusiasts.
Additionally, Hanwoo beef bone soup or 5kg of fully ripened tomatoes will be offered through a special giveaway event.
To enhance convenience for donors, the city has opened a gift promotion center where they can check product descriptions, reviews, and influencer feedback.
As of the 7th, the total amount raised through Nonsan City's Hometown Love Donation program has surpassed 800 million won.
Mayor Baek Seonghyeon said, "This lineup of gifts includes local specialties and items needed for the summer vacation season," adding, "We will ensure that a wide range of donors are satisfied."
