Discomfort Caused by Route 41, 42, 27, 113, and 916 Operations at Domagyo

Daejeon Yudeunggyo Full Closure: City Buses Rerouted from Domagyo to Taepyeonggyo Detour Routes Map Excluding Route 608 / Daejeon City

Daejeon City announced that, starting from the 25th, city buses that had been detouring via Doma Bridge and Taepyeong Bridge due to the full closure of Yudeung Bridge will now detour only via Taepyeong Bridge.

This change was made because, among the detour routes caused by the full closure of Yudeung Bridge, the routes passing through Doma Bridge (numbers 41, 42, 27, 113, and 916) experienced sections without stops and an average increase of about 17 minutes in intervals between buses, causing various inconveniences.

The detoured routes this time are numbers 20 to 27, 41 to 42, 46, 113, 119, 201, 202 (2002), 608, 613, 916, and Express 1.

Among these, route 608 will skip stops at Paragon A in the direction of Seonam Bus Terminal (starting point), and at Doma Market, Doma Intersection, and Hyoseong Town A in the direction of Euneosong Apartment (end point).

Passengers heading to the Euneosong Apartment terminal can transfer for free to the same route at the Seonam Bus Terminal terminal stop.

A Daejeon City official stated, "Details on the detour routes can be found on notices attached to the relevant route vehicles and at the non-stopping bus stops," and added, "Information on the controlled sections and temporarily changed public transportation routes is being provided through the Transportation Information Center, the Bus Transport Association website, detour route guides, and BIT (Bus Information Terminals at stops)."

Previously, on the morning of the 10th, a report was received that part of the upper deck of Yudeung Bridge had sunk, leading to the full closure.
