The Korea Manhwa Museum will conduct basic education in various content fields such as webtoon and emoticon creation training, and cosplay experience under the theme of 'Comics, the Happiness Hormone' until October 6.
This education program is part of the '2024 Museum and Art Gallery Support Project' jointly promoted by Gyeonggi Province and Bucheon City.
The emoticon training will open on the 23rd for weekday afternoon classes and on the 27th for weekend classes, targeting office workers aspiring to be N-jobbers and youth dreaming of becoming creators.
The webtoon creation training operates on weekends, with youth classes starting on the 27th and adult classes beginning on the 18th of next month.
Basic introductory education for cosplay beginners, who usually have few educational opportunities, is scheduled to start on September 7. Trainees who complete the course can participate in the Gyeonggi International Cosplay Festival amateur cosplay contest to showcase their work.
All courses are free of charge, and applications can be made through the Bucheon City public service reservation system. Detailed information can be found on the Manhwa Museum website.
