On the 19th, Noh’s representative confirmed during the trial for Lee’s charges of fraud and forgery under the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Economic Crimes held by the Criminal Division 11 of the Seoul Western District Court (Presiding Judge Bae Seong-jung) that an additional 500 million KRW had been withdrawn, and stated that the actual damage repayment is less than 100 million KRW.

Noh’s representative said, "It has been confirmed that about 500 million KRW was additionally withdrawn, and it is known that methods such as photographing the victim’s personal information were used," adding, "Additional complaints have currently been filed."

Lee is accused of forging electronic financial transaction applications and subscription forms in Noh’s name from December 2019 to the end of 2023, opening bank accounts and mobile phones, and embezzling approximately 2.132 billion KRW. Lee took out loans worth about 438 million KRW in Noh’s name and transferred about 1.194 billion KRW from the director’s account to her own account for use. She also impersonated Noh to deceive center employees and received 500 million KRW under the pretext of litigation funds.

Earlier, Noh filed a police complaint against Lee in January for fraud and other charges. The prosecution arrested and indicted Lee in May.
