Average Price 258.23 Million KRW…0.17% Increase Compared to Previous Week
The golf membership market is experiencing stagnant trading volume and sales inquiries during the summer off-season.
According to Dong-A Membership Trading Center on the 20th, the average price of 100 major memberships traded nationwide was 258.23 million KRW, a slight increase of 0.17% compared to last week. By price range, the ultra-high price segment rose 0.36%, and the high price segment increased by 0.14%. Conversely, the mid-price segment fell 0.07%, and the low price segment dropped 0.05%. Dong-A Membership Trading Center analyzed, "Popular items in the Yongin area showed a slight upward trend as the selling offers rose after the last transaction. For the time being, a differentiated market by item and a sideways trend will continue."
The average price in the central region is 292.73 million KRW, jumping 0.26% compared to last week. The 88 membership rose 1.55% as accumulated buy orders pushed up selling offers. Giheung increased by 1.05%, New Seoul by 0.51%, Jungbu by 1.25%, Suwon Stock by 0.81%, Asiana by 0.63%, and Hwasan by 2.68%. Lakeside also rose 1.79% as the gap between selling and buying offers widened. However, Jisan fell 1.30% due to the appearance of listings. Shinwon also declined by 0.54%. Team leader Park Cheon-ju predicted, "The central region membership market will continue a differentiated market by item along with a sideways trend."
The average price in the southern region was 168.94 million KRW, down 0.19% compared to last week. Dongnae Benest fell 2.78% as buyers remained cautious and only waited for low-price purchases. Tongdo dropped 1.19% due to increased selling inquiries and the appearance of listings. Bayside only has high-priced listings, and Jeongsan still accumulates only buy orders. Gaya Premium rose 0.51% as transactions matched selling offers. Team leader Lee Yun-hee forecasted, "The southern region membership market will show a differentiated market by item."
