This fish cutlet product coats thick pollack meat with rice flour breadcrumbs, offering a crispy exterior and tender interior texture known as ‘crispy outside, moist inside’. The breadcrumbs are specially shaped like stars to differentiate the product’s appearance and add visual enjoyment.
