A complex with a total of 1,166 households will be developed in Pyeongtaek Godeok International New City. The "Pyeongtaek Godeok A63 Block," located in Godeok-dong, Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi Province, will consist of 6 buildings ranging from basement level 1 to 27 floors above ground, with exclusive areas of 74㎡ and 84㎡, totaling 630 households. The "Pyeongtaek Godeok A64 Block" will have 5 buildings from basement level 1 to 25 floors above ground, with a single exclusive area of 59㎡, totaling 536 households. A price ceiling system will be applied to all complexes.
All units in these complexes are oriented southward to secure sunlight and views. Themed plazas such as the outdoor exercise spaces "Sharing Forest" and "Sharing Field" will be created, and energy-efficient equipment, LED lighting, heat exchangers, and solar power generation will be applied to build an energy self-sufficient residential complex effective in energy saving and management.
In Osan-si, Gyeonggi Province, the "Osan Segyo2 District A-12 Block" will be supplied with 6 buildings ranging from basement level 2 to 25 floors above ground, with a single exclusive area of 59㎡, totaling 433 households. All units are oriented southward, and the open building layout maximizes visual openness and natural views. A cross-ventilation structure considering livability and a comfortable large dressing room aligned with current trends will be applied. Green spaces such as Neoul Cultural Yard, Forest Pathway, Cultural Sharing Street, Forest Beauty Yard, and Neighbor Trail will be provided within the complex.
A Kumho Construction official said, "This order was possible because of our extensive experience in private participation projects, which gave us a high level of understanding of the project," adding, "We will build landmarks in Pyeongtaek Godeok International New City and Osan Segyo2 District by supplying differentiated premium housing under the Atera brand."
