Lotte Hi-Mart announced on the 18th that it will open 'Lotte Hi-Mart Hanssem Gwanggyo Branch,' a collaboration store for home appliances and furniture.
The Hanssem Gwanggyo Branch, opening today, is located on the 4th floor of Hanssem's urban experience sales store 'Hanssem Design Park Suwon Gwanggyo Branch' in Suwon, Gyeonggi-do. This is an integrated consultation store for home appliances and furniture.
This is the first time Lotte Hi-Mart has opened a collaborative store with Hanssem. Until now, collaboration was carried out by having Hanssem consultants stationed at Lotte Hi-Mart stores or by installing small-scale Hanssem furniture consultation corners.
The advantage of the Hanssem Gwanggyo Branch is that customers can receive integrated consultations on home appliances, furniture, and interior elements. Customers who have completed Hanssem furniture interior consultations and visit the store can receive home appliance recommendations that match their interior consultation information. Conversely, customers who first consult on home appliances can check photos of interior construction cases where products are arranged through Lotte Hi-Mart's exclusive consultation tool and then be guided to the floor where the corresponding furniture is located.
A premium kitchen showroom is also operated. Here, various built-in home appliances, furniture, kitchen, and household appliances are displayed to introduce customers to a premium 'kitchentery' (Kitchen + Interior, kitchen and interior decoration) lifestyle.
The premium kitchen showroom is composed of domestic and international premium built-in kitchen appliances and Hanssem furniture. The main kitchen appliances in the showroom include luxury kitchen appliances such as ▲ German 'Liebherr' and 'Bosch' refrigerators, electric ranges, dishwashers ▲ French kitchen appliance brand 'De-Dietrich' ovens ▲ Italian brand 'Elica' hoods. ▲ Premium kitchen appliances from LG Electronics and Samsung Electronics ▲ Built-in premium appliances from Germany's 'AEG' and 'Miele' are also displayed together with Hanssem furniture.
In addition to the showroom, built-in kitchen appliances such as German brand 'THIELMANN' electric ranges and 'haatz' kitchen hoods are operated at more than twice the scale of regular stores. Furthermore, household and kitchen appliances from over 70 domestic and international brands, including 'Roborock' vacuum cleaners, American brand 'Shark' vacuum cleaners, 'Ninja,' and 'Vitamix' blenders, are gathered in one place.
The demand behind Gwanggyo New Town, where the Hanssem Gwanggyo Branch is located, is also sufficient. Gwanggyo New Town has formed a large-scale residential commercial area and is adjacent to major cities such as Yongin, making customer inflow easy. Lotte Hi-Mart explained that, considering these commercial area characteristics and synergy with Hanssem, the store's products were conceptualized around home living and kitchentery.
