The academy was established to support the step-by-step startup process of specialized businesses. Support will be provided by selecting a total of 10 outstanding specialized businesses wishing to enter the online market, conducting one-on-one consulting to identify operational status and issues, and offering education to assist with entering and managing Smart Store by utilizing specialized resources unique to each business.
The training will be conducted over seven weeks starting from the 17th, and students who complete the course will operate a Smart Store for one month, followed by a performance sharing session to exchange best practices.
Nam Tae-heon, the director, said, "I hope this academy training program will serve as an opportunity to enhance the competitiveness and service quality of private forest welfare specialized businesses." He added, "The Forest Welfare Institute will continue to support the activation of the private forest welfare industry through nurturing excellent managers and providing education support for private specialized businesses."
