Reflections on Nationwide Tour Across the United States

Choi Tae-won, Chairman of SK Group, emphasized on the 16th that "SK is at the forefront of innovation" and "is leading future industries from life sciences to artificial intelligence (AI)."

On the same day, Chairman Choi shared his thoughts on his social networking service (SNS), saying, "I had the opportunity to tour across the United States and visit SK's local teams."

He stated, "In Paramus, New Jersey, I spoke with members of SK Life Science and shared their passion for the important work of developing innovative next-generation pharmaceuticals."

He also added, "I visited Absolix, an SKC affiliate in Covington, Georgia," and explained, "The glass substrates produced by Absolix are products that can change the landscape of chip manufacturing, strengthen the AI ecosystem, and improve both processing speed and energy efficiency."

Chairman Choi embarked on a business trip to the United States starting from the 22nd of last month, holding a series of meetings with CEOs of OpenAI, Microsoft, and others, followed by visits to SK Group affiliates such as SK Biopharm.

Based on the results of this trip, Chairman Choi plans to pursue business cooperation with global big tech companies to strengthen ecosystem competitiveness in life sciences, AI, and other areas.
