Shinsegae Centum City has prepared a summer exhibition featuring works that explore light through painting, glass art, and 3D graphics.
The exhibition, titled "Shape of Light, Sparkling Summer," showcases a total of over 120 works by six young artists who are active in various media and genres such as painting, glass art, lighting art, 3D graphic design, and ceramics. Each artist presents their own vibrant interpretation of the allure of light.
For visitors' convenience, exhibition information is provided through an online leaflet accessible via QR code.
After viewing the exhibition, visitors can participate in an event where they receive a limited edition art merchandise by sharing a "proof of visit" photo. There is also a customer experience zone called "Mini Atelier," where visitors can draw and share their impressions.
Shinsegae Gallery curator Park Kyungin said, "I hope that this exhibition not only allows visitors to experience external light but also becomes an opportunity to discover their own shape of light. I wish that the art of light will bring sparkling inspiration into the everyday lives of our visitors."
This summer exhibition, perfect for escaping the heat, will run for 45 days until the 24th of next month at Shinsegae Gallery on the 6th floor of the department store.
