The YouTube channel 'Gambbangindoja,' which has about 130,000 subscribers, recently uploaded a video titled "Girlfriend rushes over after hearing about boyfriend’s illegal filming, what will be the boyfriend’s fate?" In the video, a man identified as Mr. A, who was talking with his girlfriend near the subway station ticket gate, sees a woman wearing a skirt exiting the gate and heading toward the exit. He tells his girlfriend "Wait a moment" and quickly chases after the woman. He then illegally films her body, pretends to go up the stairs on the left, but turns back and walks toward the ticket gate again, continuing his call with his girlfriend.
Witnessing this, 'Gambbangindoja' grabbed Mr. A and demanded, "Let me see your phone." Mr. A responded, "Aren’t I talking with my girlfriend?" He also asked his girlfriend on the call, "I’m at ○○ Station right now, waiting to meet you," and added, "I was taking a walk, stopped by the restroom, and was going up the stairs when a strange person (grabbed me). Honey, can you come here for a moment?"
When the YouTuber immediately reported to the police, Mr. A said, "I don’t know why this is happening. I have nothing. I was just holding my phone," and added, "I don’t know if I deserve to be treated like this. Let’s check the CCTV." Later, the police and Mr. A’s girlfriend arrived at the scene one after another. After checking Mr. A’s phone, the police nodded and said, "Since the (illegal filming) video was confirmed on the phone, we don’t need to check the subway station CCTV," and announced, "You are being arrested on the spot."

'Gambbangindoja' said, "Mr. A was making calls here and there trying to hire a lawyer. Will he be able to contact a lawyer by 11:30 p.m.?" He added, "The girlfriend seemed doubtful of Mr. A’s excuses. She couldn’t help it. If she had seen the CCTV footage of the crime, she probably would have slapped him on the spot and broken up with him." He expressed bewilderment, saying, "In the end, Mr. A was sent to the prosecution. I don’t understand why he even called his girlfriend after committing the crime."
Netizens who watched this video expressed anger with comments such as, "Is it normal to say ‘wait a moment’ during a call and then illegally film someone?" "I’m worried there might be illegal footage targeting the girlfriend as well," "At that level, isn’t it a habitual crime?" and "They say first offenders often get suspended sentences, but the punishment should be increased according to the number of illegal filming cases."
