On the 15th, Kang Daehoon, Chief of the Daejeon Fire Headquarters, visited the flood-affected area around Yongchon-dong, Seo-gu, to encourage the volunteer firefighters engaged in recovery efforts.

Chief Kang visited the site and said, "The efforts of the volunteer firefighters, who are doing their best despite difficult circumstances, will surely reach the hearts of the affected residents," and asked them to "complete the recovery activities without any safety accidents until the end."

After offering words of encouragement, Chief Kang joined the volunteer firefighters in supporting the recovery work.
