Daebang Construction, which made a strong presence by leading the subscription frenzy in Gwacheon, is expected to continue the momentum in Gocheon.
Currently, Daebang Group (including Daebang Construction and Daebang Industrial Development) is regarded as a pioneer that reversed the subscription market atmosphere by achieving consecutive home run sales from the beginning of the second half of the year.
According to the Korea Real Estate Board's Subscription Home, the first-priority subscription for 'Gwacheon Dietre Prestige' on the 2nd (Tuesday) attracted about 100,000 applicants, recording an average competition rate of '228 to 1.' Meanwhile, the sale of 'Uiwang Gocheon District Daebang Dietre Central' scheduled for August is attracting attention. The complex is located in the Gocheon District of Uiwang City, near the highly popular 'Gwacheon Dietre Prestige,' capturing the attention of many demanders. Following Gwacheon, 'Gocheon Dietre' is also drawing interest as it will be subject to the price ceiling system.
According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's real transaction price disclosure system, the 84㎡ exclusive area unit of the 4-year-old 'Uiwang The Sharp Castle' located in the old town was traded for 838 million KRW in June. Despite having a new town location next to the city hall, 'Gocheon Dietre' is expected to have a reasonably priced sale price.
Since it will be conducted as post-sale, it is easier to verify quality compared to typical pre-sale complexes. The complex will be built in the public housing district of Uiwang City, Gyeonggi Province, consisting of 7 buildings with 3 basement floors to a maximum of 20 floors above ground, with a total of 492 units of 84㎡ exclusive area. It is adjacent to Uiwang City Hall and is expected to offer an excellent residential environment with benefits such as the 'Indeokwon-Dongtan double-track railway (under construction).'
