Champagne house Mo?t & Chandon announced on the 12th that it will operate a pop-up store at Lotte Department Store AvenueL Jamsil Branch where customers can experience the haute couture champagne 'Collection Imp?riale Cr?ation No.1.'
This pop-up is designed to showcase the pinnacle of wine expertise accumulated by Mo?t & Chandon on its 280th anniversary. Visitors can enjoy three cuv?es designed by Beno?t Gouez, Mo?t & Chandon’s cellar master: ‘Imp?rial Brut,’ ‘Grand Vintage,’ and the newly launched ‘Collection Imp?riale.’
In particular, the new product ‘Collection Imp?riale Cr?ation No.1’ is a limited edition created in collaboration with American contemporary artist Daniel Arsham, and it will be exhibited and sold in Asia for the first time. Additionally, during the pop-up period, customers who purchase the new Mo?t & Chandon Collection Imp?riale Cr?ation No.1 on-site will receive an exclusive Mo?t & Chandon wine glass, and those who purchase the Mo?t & Chandon Grand Vintage 2015 will be gifted a wine stopper.
Mo?t & Chandon’s Collection Imp?riale Cr?ation No.1 is a tribute to the diversity of the Champagne region and honors the vision of Claude Mo?t. It is the first work to apply Haute Oenologie, introduced by Mo?t & Chandon’s cellar master Beno?t Gouez, blending seven vintages, each with its own distinctive character.
It features various aging methods such as oak cask, stainless steel, and bottle aging to highlight each vintage’s individuality. The complexity has been enhanced through an additional eight years of aging, achieving a harmony between the freshness of young wine and the maturity of aged wine. Notably, it is Mo?t & Chandon’s first Brut Nature champagne, with zero grams of dosage per liter, and underwent d?gorgement in 2022. This pop-up store will be open until the 24th of this month.
