'Hanwha Forena Incheon Hakik' Now Selling... Introduction of Contract Condition Safety Guarantee System

Fixed Price Plan with Initial Deposit of 10 Million Won

Hanwha Construction division is currently selling units at ‘Hanwha Forena Incheon Hakik,’ a redevelopment project of Incheon’s Hakik 4 District.

'Hanwha Forena Incheon Hakik' Now Selling... Introduction of Contract Condition Safety Guarantee System

Hanwha Forena Incheon Hakik is located at 290-1 Hakik-dong, Michuhol-gu, Incheon, consisting of 5 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 29 floors above ground, with a total of 562 households. The number of units available for general sale is 250. Move-in is scheduled for April 2026.

Anyone aged 19 or older can sign a contract regardless of whether they have a subscription savings account or own a home. An initial payment of 5% is required, with a fixed first payment of 10 million KRW, significantly reducing the initial financial burden. Only the 5% deposit needs to be paid until move-in, and the remaining intermediate payments can be financed with interest deferred loans.

The introduction of the ‘Contract Condition Assurance System’ also draws attention. If contract conditions become more favorable compared to those at the time of signing due to changes in sales policies, the revised contract conditions will be retroactively applied to existing contract holders.

Hanwha Forena Incheon Hakik is located in the center of the Hakik District in Incheon, which is expected to become a brand town with approximately 5,000 households in the future. It is equipped with transportation, education, and convenient living facilities. Recently, Incheon has seen an increase in transaction volume and a depletion of unsold apartments. Recently sold complexes such as ‘The Sharp Arte’ in Michuhol-gu, ‘Incheon Doosan We’ve The Central’ in Dong-gu, and ‘Jakjeon Hanla Vivaldi’ in Gyeyang-gu have all been sold out.

This complex offers easy access to Incheon-daero and the 2nd Gyeongin Expressway via Munhak IC and Dohwa IC. It is also conveniently accessible to Songdo International City and Cheongna International City via Michuhol-daero. Inha University Station and Hakik Station (scheduled to open in 2026) on the Suin-Bundang Line are within 2 km radius of the complex, allowing easy travel not only to Incheon but also to Seoul and Gyeonggi areas.

Yeonhak Elementary School, Inju Elementary and Middle Schools, Hakik Elementary and High Schools, Hakik Girls’ High School, Inha University-affiliated Elementary, Middle, and High Schools, and Inha University are all within 1.2 km. Nearby amenities include Homeplus, CGV Incheon Hakik, Incheon Munhak Stadium, Seonhak Stadium, and Inha University Hospital. The complex is also close to the legal town including Incheon District Court and Incheon District Prosecutors’ Office.

Forena Incheon Hakik is designed as a park-style complex with all units primarily facing south to maximize natural light and ventilation, and with wide distances between buildings to secure ample landscaping space.
