"Please Use for Helping the Vulnerable Beat the Heat"... Ssangbangwool and Vivian Donate Goods Worth 257 Million Won to Yeongju City

Yeongju City, Gyeongbuk, announced on the 12th that Ssangbangwool (CEO Lee Hyungseok) and Vivian (CEO Son Youngseop) recently visited Yeongju City Hall and donated a total of 64,372 items, including men's and women's underwear, arm sleeves, and fashion accessories, worth approximately 257 million KRW.

Yeongju City will distribute the donated items to vulnerable groups in the region to help them cope with the heat, delivering them through 42 social welfare facilities and administrative welfare centers in towns and villages.


Yoon Uisik, Vice President of Vivian, said, "We decided to donate arm sleeves, masks, and underwear to help people get through the hot summer, even if just a little," and added, "We will continue to work with Yeongju City to promote a culture of sharing."


Mayor Park Namseo said, "I would like to express my gratitude to Ssangbangwool and Vivian for their generous donations to support the vulnerable in our community," and added, "We will make sure that these valuable items are delivered properly to those in need."


Ssangbangwool has been making efforts for mutual growth by donating as much as 2.1 billion KRW to the Milal Sharing Foundation, while Vivian has been leading ESG management, including being awarded the highest honor from the Red Cross.
