The works vary in techniques such as dancheong (traditional multicolored paintwork), mosa (copying images or calligraphy exactly), lacquer coating, woodworking, metal fittings, and gilding. In particular, lacquer coating, dancheong, and gilding display the production process step by step. Dancheong refers to the colorful patterns and decorative paintings applied to wooden buildings, while mosa is the skill of precisely copying images or writings by observation.
