This service has been operated since last year to create a discrimination-free viewing culture. It helps visually impaired individuals listen to live television broadcast audio in real time through dedicated devices installed at the stadium. A Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism official explained, "They can enjoy the baseball game while feeling the vivid atmosphere of the venue."

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, KBO, and each team (Doosan, LG, Lotte, KIA) will expand online and offline promotions to encourage active use. A dedicated wired phone number that delivers the device to the seat upon advance reservation will also be widely publicized.

Vice Minister Jang Mi-ran of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism will visit Jamsil Baseball Stadium on the day to inspect the operation status. She will experience the broadcast audio support service and discuss development directions with Assemblywoman Kim Ye-ji. She said, "I hope that the accessibility of sports for the visually impaired will improve and that an inclusive viewing culture enjoyed by everyone will be formed."
