LetsRun Park Busan Gyeongnam Visits Sister Social Welfare Facilities for Volunteer Activities

Korea Racing Authority Let's Run Park Busan-Gyeongnam (Director Eom Youngseok) visited Busan Soyang Mujigae Dongsan and Gimhae Jinwoo-won, both social welfare facilities, on the 4th and carried out volunteer activities with its executives and employees.

Busan Soyang Mujigae Dongsan and Gimhae Jinwoo-won are local social welfare facilities that formed a sisterhood partnership with Let's Run Park Busan-Gyeongnam in 2018.

Every year, Let's Run Park Busan-Gyeongnam visits these two institutions for volunteer activities and regular sponsorship. This year's volunteer work focused on managing the internal and external environments of the facilities to help residents have a healthy summer, especially considering the frequent heatwaves and rainy season during this time of year.

Cho Yoonju, an employee who participated in the volunteer work, said, "It was a rewarding experience to work hard for the comfortable living environment of the residents," adding, "I will continue to take an active interest in the local community and participate in various social contribution activities."

Let's Run Park Busan-Gyeongnam is taking the lead in realizing the value of sincere sharing and regional coexistence through social contribution activities in various fields. In particular, by utilizing its unique programs such as rehabilitation horseback riding and horse therapy, the institution is spreading positive influence in society and supporting the emotional well-being of local residents through horses.
