Collaboration on Imported Car Integrated Platform... Speedmate and Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance Subsidiary Join Hands

Promotion of Transparency in Imported Car Parts and Labor Costs
Expansion of Future Collaboration with Insurance Companies

SK Networks is partnering with Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance's claims adjustment subsidiary to promote an integrated platform business for imported cars.

On the 10th, SK Networks announced that its comprehensive automobile management brand Speedmate signed a 'Imported Car Integrated Platform Business Partnership' agreement with Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance Anica Claims Adjustment. Speedmate developed the platform, and Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance Anica Claims Adjustment, a subsidiary responsible for Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance's claims adjustment work, agreed to participate.

Speedmate's imported car integrated platform provides an integrated solution connecting parts distribution agencies supplying parts necessary for accident repairs, repair shops calculating repair labor costs, and insurance companies determining and paying appropriate insurance claims. Through this, it aims to simplify the complex parts and labor cost billing procedures, improve work efficiency, and enhance transparency in the repair market.

Through this platform, customers can order not only general imported car parts distributed by Speedmate but also ECO parts. ECO parts are products processed and reconditioned from recyclable parts of accident and repair vehicles.

According to the agreement between Speedmate and Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance Anica Claims Adjustment, they plan to enhance the completeness of the imported car integrated platform through pilot operation to achieve early optimization in the domestic market and seek ways to expand mutual cooperation. Furthermore, they plan to pursue additional business expansion such as support policies for excellent repair shops.

A Speedmate official stated, "By more accurately managing and sharing the previously opaque imported car parts and repair labor unit prices, we will take the lead in creating an environment that enhances the benefits for customers and insurance companies involved in imported car accident handling," adding, "Starting with this agreement, we will promote cooperation with various insurance companies and expand our service areas."
