On the 10th, JTBC's 'Sageon Banjang' reported that water was pouring out throughout an apartment in Buk-gu, Daegu, which moved in last May, due to piping problems. Informant A stated that they confirmed a video in the residents' community showing water pouring from the ceiling of the underground parking lot. The informant explained, "The leakage in the underground parking lot occurred because the rainwater pipes experienced increased water pressure due to an increase in rainwater volume." The apartment management announced that "a full inspection of the pipes will be conducted, and efforts will be made to prevent recurrence as much as possible."

However, A said this was not the first time there had been piping issues. Last month, there was a problem with the pipes on the top floor, causing leaks that dripped down to the elevator and emergency stairs. A claimed, "Since moving in last May, there have been many problems such as leaks and lifting of the flooring," and added, "I am reporting this out of frustration because the responses to the frequently occurring problems have been insufficient."
Netizens who saw this reacted with comments such as "For vacations in hot weather, newly built apartments are the best," "Since it's a new apartment, it even has an automatic car wash function," and "The elevator is crying over this record-breaking defect."
