RaonSecure Establishes AI and Metaverse Platform Specialist Company 'RaonMeta'

IT security and authentication platform company RaonSecure (CEO Lee Soon-hyung, Lee Jung-ah) announced on the 10th that it has established ‘RaonMeta,’ a metaverse platform specialist company based on generative artificial intelligence (AI).

RaonMeta plans to develop a service platform business to lead the upcoming Web3 era by concentrating RaonSecure’s generative AI technology, blockchain-based digital ID, and metaverse-based practical training platform capabilities.

Lee Soon-hyung, Chairman of the Board of RaonSecure, will personally take on the role of CEO of RaonMeta to grow RaonMeta into Raon’s service platform company. Yoon Won-seok, Executive Director of RaonSecure, who successfully launched and leads ‘Metademy,’ the world’s first metaverse-based practical training specialist platform, will serve as the head of the Metaverse Business Division. Additionally, Park Hyun-woo, Managing Director of RaonSecure, who oversees the development of generative AI security at RaonSecure, will lead the AI Research Center and drive RaonMeta’s growth.

RaonMeta plans to expand its business starting with ‘Metademy,’ the only metaverse-based practical training specialist platform in Korea. Metademy provides a highly immersive and realistic practical training environment, enabling metaverse-based practical education in various industries and fields requiring practical training, such as laboratory animal dissection, nursing skills, caregiving, drone operation, and security. It also supports practical training using extended reality (XR) devices, which are gaining global attention, making it versatile for application both domestically and internationally.

In addition, RaonMeta aims to build a business ecosystem connecting metaverse practical training content companies and practical education companies centered around Metademy. Within Metademy, content companies secure sales channels to increase profitability, while practical education companies provide high-quality educational content to learners through metaverse-based practical training content, creating a virtuous cycle.
