NH Investment & Securities analyzed on the 10th that Seobu T&D is expected to benefit from the increase in the number of foreign arrivals in Korea.

Son Sehun, a researcher at NH Investment & Securities, explained, "The number of foreign arrivals in Korea reached 1,418,463, an increase of 63.58% compared to the same month last year," adding, "It has recovered to 95.4% of the level in May 2019, before the COVID-19 pandemic."

He continued, "The cumulative number from January to May increased by 81% compared to the previous year," and added, "As more foreigners enjoy K-culture, the number is expected to surpass pre-pandemic levels."

He emphasized, "With the increase in foreign visitors to Korea, the proportion of foreign guests staying at the Dragon City Hotel operated by Seobu T&D is also rising," noting, "As of the first half of this year, it exceeds 60%."

Researcher Son analyzed, "The Dragon City Hotel, which opened in October 2017, is located near Yongsan Station," and added, "It has a geographical advantage for easy access to both northern and southern Seoul, recording sales of 84.8 billion KRW in 2022 and 120.5 billion KRW in 2023." He explained, "Dragon City Hotel's sales are estimated to reach 132 billion KRW this year, and the summer vacation season with increasing demand for hotel stays is approaching.
