Police Appearance at 1:38 PM on the 9th
Min Hee-jin, CEO of ADOR, who was accused by the entertainment agency HYBE, appeared at the police station and denied charges of breach of trust in the course of business.
On the 9th at 1:38 PM, Min appeared at the Yongsan Police Station in Seoul to undergo an investigation as the accused.

When asked by reporters what parts she would clarify, Min said, "Breach of trust in the course of business is nonsense," and added, "I will just tell the truth."
Earlier, HYBE filed a complaint against Min at the Yongsan Police Station on April 26, accusing her of breach of trust in the course of business. HYBE claims that Min planned to seize management rights of ADOR, which constitutes breach of trust against the company.
However, Min's side maintains that due to the shareholding structure, a takeover of management rights is impossible, and that there was no attempt or execution of any act that would damage the company's value or constitute breach of trust.
