Referring to his history of leaving the Democratic Party to push for the 'Geomsu Wanbak' (complete removal of prosecution's investigative authority) legislation during the 21st National Assembly and then rejoining, he said, "I was wounded all over my body due to leaving the party, but I did not complain and kept fighting."

Min stated, "If I cannot bring it down, I would rather fight until death, with the determination that I must risk my life to win," and "I will promote the improvement of the Democratic Party's structure as a mid-term task, where everyone as a party member has one vote."

He emphasized, "If I become a Supreme Council member, the first priority will be to overthrow the prosecution dictatorship, and after that, I will work hard to decentralize power not only regionally but also the power itself," adding, "Since the Corruption Investigation Office for High-ranking Officials and the Central Investigation Office have regional organizations, it will be important where to place the regional headquarters, and I think it is perfectly fine to move out of Seoul."
